And then there was Day 10

Tried to get all my Cardio in before the snow. I won't be able to walk lady in the snow so I will have to move to 30 mins elliptical. 10 mins am, 10 mins noon-ish, 10 mins evening. I was a little tired today but I didn't cop out I worked hard and felt good about actually continuing to live up to my commitment. I am curios to see what the scale says tomorrow.

Today's Food: 1/2 Jello's 27 cals; 4 Wheat Bread Slices 280 cals; 1/2 Serving Tuna 30 Cals; 1 Celeste pizza for one 350 cals

TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS TO DATE: 16.4 Pounds

Exercise Routine: 20 mins Elliptical; 25 mins walking
Waist Size: Slacks are starting to slightly slip off me when I walk
Body Condition: Noticeably Less protruding stomach, stomach hangs over the belt line and is horizontal instead of horizontal then vertical, walking stairs 1-2 flights does not leave me winded, sweating normally.
Mental Condition: Happy and looking forward to breaking 200 lbs then getting down to 170 lbs
