Day 9 it's a crime

Keeping it simple tonight because I am dog tired. Only did 10 mins elliptical because I was tired and had a lot of after work errands to do.

Today's Food: 1/2 Jello's 27 cals; 4 Wheat Bread Slices 280 cals; 1/2 Serving Tuna 60 Cals; 1 cup multi grain Cheerios; 1 cup 2% milk 80 cals

TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS TO DATE: 15.4 Pounds

Current Weight: 209.5 lbs
Daily Calories 531
Exercise Routine: 10 mins Elliptical; 25 mins walking
Waist Size: Slacks are starting to slightly slip off me when I walk
Body Condition: Noticeably Less protruding stomach, stomach hangs over the belt line and is horizontal instead of horizontal then vertical, walking stairs 1-2 flights does not leave me winded, sweating normally.
Mental Condition: Super happy at this mornings weigh in. I can't believe I lost 15.4 pounds in seven days.
