People often say the first step on the road of a long journey is the hardest. Well let me tell you its fu*king murder. When I finally decided to get serious and suck it up I went all in. Now to tell the truth I actually started exercising three days earlier. The exercises were all on the elliptical machine. They are as follows:
Sunday 1/24/2010 a grueling 5 minutes.
Cool Downs: 1X at 4 mins
Monday 1/25/2010 a somewhat better but exhusting 11 minutes
Cool Downs: 3X at 6mins, 8mins, and 10mins
Tuesday 1/26/2010 starting to feel better but still knocked out after 16 mins:
Cool Downs: 3X at 8mins, 12mins, 14mins
By 1/27/2010 I was starting to build up my endurance but I needed to stay focused and stay hungry for change.

Daily Calories Consumed: 1399
Exercise Routine: 20 mins Elliptical, 15 mins Walking
Waist Size: No Change
Body Condition: Protruding stomach, difficult breathing, sweating often.
Mental Condition: Hopeful
