So I went to my mom's today and told her about my program. My wife said I shouldn't say anything to my mom because she has the tendancy to make back handed comments that are supposed to be helpful. I love my mom but she never understands my programs. Point blank what I am doing is working and I am not starving myself or working out to the point where I pass out. I am just doing what I always do which is moderate exercise I can be proud of and eating healthy meals. Oh by the way getting enough sleep is crucial. If you don't sleep you don't lose weight point blank.
Todays Food: Jello 54 Cals; Celeste Pizza for one 350 cals; Won Ton Soup(Pint) 363 cals. This might not seem like alot of food but I am not stupid if I am hungry I am going to eat. I would rather lose less weight then starve. I make up for my eating by pushing my self to do enough exercise where I don't feel like I copped out. I won't bullshit though seeing 3-4 pounds come off is exciting. I am having a lot of fun losing the weight and the benefits will be worth it. More stamina in the bedroom is always a good thing ;).

Exercise Routine: 25mins Elliptical, 45mins Walking
Waist Size: Haven't Measured so assuming no change
Body Condition: Slightly Less protruding stomach but still have a good amount of hang over the belt line, almost normal breathing, sweating normally - often cold(No Blubber to keep me warm).
Mental Condition: Happy and hopeful. Can't wait to show off some new photos. Maybe next Sunday.
