God Damn it my fucking iPhone Broke so I couldn't enter my weight today or my foods or exercises. I will have to record them here so I don't lose them.

Waist Size: My size 38 Jeans only requires little to no suck in.
Body Condition: Slightly Less protruding stomach hang over the belt line is horizontal instead of horizontal then vertical, normal breathing only slightly winded going up 2 flights of stairs, sweating normally - often cold(No Blubber to keep me warm)., My wife told me to walk fast when leaving best buy because she was cold and normally she walks faster than me. I was twice as fast as she was ;)
Mental Condition: Happy and hopeful but a bit lazy. I had to go to this party which wasted most of my day. Now that I am writing this I am motivated to finish what I started this morning. My wife is gonna think I am crazy.
