Exercise Routine: 20 mins Elliptical; 50 mins walking
Waist Size: My size 38 Slacks require minimal to no suck in.
Body Condition: Slightly Less protruding (no change from yesterday) stomach hang over the belt line is horizontal instead of horizontal then vertical, walking stairs 1-2 flights does not leave me winded, sweating normally.
Mental Condition: Feeling good and more healthy. I spent a lot of time reading a new book Truth about abs. I learned several important things about the food I have been eating. I intend to try and replace some common foods with more healthy equivalents. Currently outside of my guilty pleasure Celeste Pizza all the foods I am eating are very good for you. However I can still take it to the next level and hopefully will be able to do so soon. I am a little worried about the next couple months as it appears as if my schedule is about to drastically change and this may interfere with my program. I think I will start having to get up at 6 Am instead of 7 Am. I have been making breakfast and lunch for my wife every day for the last week and I think it sends her off to work with a more relaxed more secure feeling. I love that girl so much I hope I am helping her.
