Day 15 - Gained a little but havent lost hope

Ok so it turned out to be a fluke because I gained that half pound back. It's ok though because I can't allow myself to get discouraged. You have to keep you chin up in times of advesity. In any event sometimes getting bad results on a weigh in is a good thing because it start your thought process and helps you to take those first steps towards improvment.


Today's Food: 4 Rye Bread Slices 260 cals; 1/2 Serving Tuna 30 Cals; 1 Celeste Pizza 350 cals, 1 Empire Apple 80 cals; 1 Kozy Tapioca Pudding 70 cals
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS TO DATE: 18 Pounds

Exercise Routine: 10 mins walking
Waist Size: Ok so I am almost two belt notches down in size. constantly having to hike my slacks up because they are slipping off.
Body Condition: Wedding ring is slightly looser
Mental Condition: Dissapointed but hopeful
