So it looks like I am stopped dead in my tracks. How disappointing is this! Oh well I guess its better than gaining weight but I definitely think I have to go back to the drawing board on this diet plan. I think my depression and hunger after this mornings weigh in left me in a vulnerable position and Pizza Hut was the perfect fit.

Mental Condition: A little nervous and thoughts that I might have hit the wall.
